GUPT is a self-hosted, end-to-end encrypted privacy suite built on Nostr relays. A privacy-first alternative to Telegram, Signal, WhatsApp, and Discord — that also replaces your password manager, notes app, and bookmarks.

  • Chat: encrypted DMs and groups with replies, reactions, and mentions
  • Calls: peer-to-peer WebRTC voice, video, and screen sharing
  • Passwords: encrypted logins with TOTP / 2FA codes and tags
  • Notes: private Markdown notes with search and tags
  • Bookmarks: encrypted page saves with the gupt-mark bookmarklet
  • Secure Share: ephemeral encrypted file and text links — no account needed to open

Everything is encrypted on your device before it ever leaves it. Relays only store and forward ciphertext, and your identity is a cryptographic keypair you control — not an account someone else can log, suspend, or subpoena.

No servers, no accounts, no phone numbers.
