7.59 Oct 2026
Version 7.5 adds a floating Quick Access window and an integrated account selector with unread activity. Chat lists can now be resized and compacted, with unread counts over avatars and contact-name tooltips.
Downloads gain configurable saving behavior, automatic opening options, progress controls and recent-download menus. This release also adds global mute, plain-text paste, WhatsApp profile photo synchronization and improved crash diagnostics, and reduces typing stutter.
7.4.523 Sept 2026
Version 7.4.5 adds native unread badges on supported taskbars and docks and remembers the last download folder used for each open conversation. It also expands structured runtime diagnostics for graphics and Chromium settings, and fixes popup shutdown and notification problems that could interrupt Qt WebEngine or hide the real backend issue.
7.4.41 Sept 2026
Version 7.4.4 adds a privacy-preserving clipboard diagnostics tool to help troubleshoot interoperability problems. It also prevents external conversation links from crashing while Qt WebEngine handles navigation.
7.4.330 Aug 2026
Version 7.4.3 adds granular interface scaling, rendering profiles, a privacy-preserving problem reporter, and managed spell-check dictionaries. It also improves call pop-ups, Linux display-backend selection, and window controls.
