- Multiple templates for invoice

- Better behavior after creating an invoice
- Also some well known bugs such the preview button where fixed.
With this update your template (which you are using until now) will not be importet. You can however find it in .config/rechungs-assistent/ and manually copy each field to the standard.csv in Dokumente/Rechnungen/data/templates

New invoice generator (we now use chromium and html instead of latex). This is more adjustable and results in smaller download sizes.
Also VAT (Umsatzsteuer) are now supported.
