CsoundQt 7 is a major new version with a complete port to Qt 6 and Csound 7, along with many improvements and optimizations:
- Port to Qt 6 (dropped Qt 5 and WebKit support)
- Support for Csound 7
- Removed PythonQt dependency
- Replaced Live Event Sheets with live code evaluation and Scratch Pad
- New application icon and splash screen
- Major performance optimizations for widget channel handling
- Renamed from QuteCsound to CsoundQt throughout
- Added Flatpak support
- Fixed most warnings and problems reported by code analysis
