Matthias Klumpp ✓ Verified
io.github.bothlab.omerewriterOME Rewriter is a tool for editing metadata fields in 4D OME-TIFF files. It can also rewrite plain TIFF files into standards-compliant OME-TIFF files with rich microscope metadata.
Features include:
- Open and inspect OME-TIFF files, including multi-channel Z-stack images
- Edit physical voxel sizes, numerical aperture, lens immersion medium, and embedding medium
- Edit per-channel parameters: microscope type, excitation/emission wavelengths, and pinhole size
- Deinterleave raw TIFF files as standards-compliant OME-TIFF files
- Save and reload parameter sets for quick re-use across acquisitions
